Do you get charged for getting a call from someone with a prepaid phone card that is in another country?

    No he will be charged not you. I talk to some one in Hawaii and If I call I get charged, but if she calls me she is charged

    No, the only time you will get charged long distance for a phone calls is if it is Collect, or you make it.

    Depends on your wireless provider. Most of them will charge you long distance. Esp if its a prepaid plan. I would wait after 9 where its usually free.. (nights and weekends)
    Again, depends on ur plan
